We have 3 seperate groups running  
Group 1- Every Tuesday & Thursday 07.15-08.00 (next intake 31st May) 
Group 2- Every Tuesday & Thursday 19.15-20.00 (24th May) 
Group 3- Every Monday 19.15-20.00 & Saturday 10.30-11.15 (25th April)

Our 8 week transformation bootcamp includes: 
2 x group personal training sessions per week, unlimited access to our open gym and classes. 
One to one consultation to discuss your goals, take measurements and pictures. 
Weekly group check-ins. 
Private messaging with Michelle & Mary. 
How to guide on changing your diet and lifestyle. 
Daily motivation and accountability from our whatsapp group with the other members. 
Daily habit tracking form. 

FAQ'S  How long do i have to commit for? There are no long term commitments, we just ask that you give your all for the 8 weeks to get the best results.   Can i join the bootcamp if i have no exercise experience? Our 8 week programme is personalised so that any fitness level can join, whether you're an athlete or a complete novice all sessions can be catered around your fitness, any injuries or specific requirements.   How do i sign up? Just fill in the form below and a member of the team will be in touch.   When will the bootcamp start? The next intakes will start on the 24th May we will get you booked in before this for a one to one consultation.   What kind of workouts will we be doing in the bootcamps? We have designed an 8 week strength & conditioning programme that will mix weight training and cardio.
