Crew42 was established in 2019 by Michelle Mousley & Jonathan Durkin who aimed to create a space for ALL!
Crew42 offers Personal training transformation programmes, group training and our 30 days to shredded programme.
Each signature class will get you hyped and ready to take on the day. You will make your way through a 45 minute ever changing class with our amazing trainers demonstrating each exercise. New program every day, never repeat a workout! One-of-a-kind total body workout that can burn up to 1000 calories per class!
Our 45 minute workouts will hit every muscle group and provide a training experience like no other.
Our trainers keep the energy high and keep everything running like clockwork.
Our classes mix HIIT, boxing, cardio and Strength & Conditioning to give you a pump and calorie burn like no other.
If group training is not your thing don't worry we also offer personal training. Our experienced trainers can help you achieve your goals whether that be weight-loss, muscle gain, improving fitness, health and well being or performance related. We aim to pair you up with the best suited trainer who will get you hitting them goals.
